anyone that has changed over to the smaller radiators, have you experienced heating problems? I'm considering it but afraid of overheating. would I be better off keeping the one thats on there?

 

i dont have any experience with the prob, iw was just gonna say to make sure u get a del sol VTEC radiator (94-97) as they are dual core. and it should keep the motor cool nuff, as i just sold a del sol VTEC and had no overheating probs.

 

You can try it, but be warned, the EG radiator is taller and you will have hood clearance problems. Of course you could always slant the radiator at an angle, but then you'll have to get a thinner fan.

 

Just as he said. The radiator is waay TALLER. Clearance problems will arise with stock hood. Lucky for me I had a Bullfrog hood at the time and it cleared!!!

 

i just installed a 90-93 integra radiator in my civic today. fit perfectly with no modification and it is about twice as thick as my stock one.

 

couldnt u cut off the mounting brackets for the radiator and then lower them a little bit or wouldnt that work.
