straight trade + they take over payments?

Initially doesn't sound like such a hot deal to me.

It is for a person that wants an STi & would use the money of their car being sold for a down payment anyway. I've had offers before but turned them down but now i'm just seeing what's out there to be traded for.

Again, I don't see how this could be a gain for someone, if they take over the payments and you owe what the car is worth or more than what it's worth, they're getting screwed.

thats what i was getting at, unless you owe like 12 and its worth like 20 it would be a horrible deal. <-EXAMPLE
