its a brand new OEM front bumper for a 99-00 civic. primered color. its not a "honda oem" bumper. it was made in the USA. i am asking $50 for it. i will only take local pick ups since shipping costs $175. unless someone wants to pay $175 for shipping i will only take local pickup only. i am in decatur alabama.
