Remote function
Does anybody knows what's the use of OPTION button in my remote on my 1998 Honda civic EX? Or what other function does this unit has? Just for added info. Thanks

The '96-'98 remotes had the OPTION button while the '99-'00 models did not. The '99-'00 models also have the emergency lights blink when you arm the alarm IIRC. The '96-'98 models do not.
Hold the option button and it will turn the "beep" on or off. So when you unlock or lock the doors you have the option to have the horn beep.
