tail lights

i have a set of after market tail lights and over top the red lenses and the clear one is another clear one my question is how do i remove the piece over the others
so that it has a more three d effect

Removing the outer lens will most likely cause the lights to leak. The easy way is to get a Dremel tool and start cutting. I personally do not recommend this.
