I just noticed, at least he damage any expensive stickers either.
Thanks for the video Julian. Luckily it looks worse then it was, like someone else said in the other thread, that's why the cars have cages.

Ive watched that video about 10 times now, and each time I watch it I get more and more pissed off. Joe could've seriously really been hurt at that rate of speed
But he walked away and that's all that really matters.

i realy thought when we got to joe he would be hurt in some sort of way.he was out of the car before it even stoped i think.could have been alot worse
to joe, your a true spirited racer.

watchin some vids of others cars running, it seems alot of people, even lower hp cars were losing traction at the top of the track. Was it really that bad?!

Please excuse my ignorance but I have a genuine question, I know most use skinny tires at the back, could this accident have been more controllable if a more regular tire size was used, one you’ve crossed the line its time to lift a little or a lot and things must get extremely busy at the back with no weight and slim tires?
Maybe not the best thread to ask but I was seriously considering running skinny tires for the obvious advantages.
Best of luck with the repairs and glad you walked away from that carnage.

Eddie, that's an awesome question and one that I've asked myself a few times. Anyone have any insight? Do narrower tires make it less controllable in bad situations, or does it not matter much???
