Just looking to see if anyone can replicate this collector.

If so, how much are we talking?

Did you want it out of sch10, sch40 or thin tube like in the pic ?

Im getting rid of that manifold and getting a new one made

because of all the sugar thats probably in there?


did you want the two center runners specifically not to come to the flange?

somthing like this?

its a little big on the tubine side and the height can be adjusted.

Here it is in the car.

Can you guys see what is all need to make that complete manifold right there. how many 90s and 45s and what not.

 

you could make that manifold with 6 long legged U bends, that way the radius would all be the same.

 

you just stole from me what the engine bay on my next s2000 was going to look like (rough outline that is)

Two quotes so far, one was for 105 and one was for 200.

 

what turbo is that, the flange almost looks small enough to be a t28?

That looks pretty nice...a little cleaner than a radial collector

 

looks good. alot of bikes use that style collector.

So are you going with 16 gauge or sch10 or 40 ? If your going with thin stuff you better brace the turbo or else the manifold will fall apart.
