Valves for my LS/VTEC

Valves for my LS/VTEC
So I'm getting ready to start on my LS/VTEC build. And I'm getting ready to send the head for machining. What valves should I use, would it hurt to use the stock valves or would it be worth the money to go with aftermarket valves like supertech or skunk2?
