crz b16 wont rev please help
hey every one please help!!!! okay i bought a crx dx automatic and did a b16 mt conversion, everything went well even when i started the engine idles fine but when you rev the engine it bogs at 3500 and its doesnt have any ecu codes. i have done this conversion on my cousins crx before and everything went fine.
the engine was a good running motor in my da integra before i wrecked it when i pulled the motor out i didnt fully inspect it but it seem to be untouch the timming was good every thing look okay i dont know if it could be something internal.
the things i did, change the fuel pump, tps, even went to the junk and got the whole entire hx harness conversion, same thing still wont rev pass 3500 now i dont know if you need to modify the hx harness besides vtec but everything plugs in, maybe it could be bad distributer but all the cylinders sparks and i recently changed a brand new distributer weekes before my accident. vacume lines checked several times.
please help im ready to through gasoline on the car and light it up

did u have to swap the two tps wires for this swap?? if so did you do that?? ive heard ppl say the two white wires on the distributor did you mess with them at all?? maybe the ecu is in limp mode? just throwin some ideas man good luck
i think with the dx harness you have to switch the tps wires but the hx and si you dont but i already tried that anyways its wierd how with both harness it acts the same i mess with the dx dist harness but with the hx i believe it just plugs in thanks for your concern please any body with similar problem help.
