anyone have one or know where i can get one other than the dealer?

Sure. Lots of people have rear bumpers on here.

But i'm confident they're all using theirs at the moment.

im not sure of the price on the oem one but since you gotta paint em anyway you might as well rock the jdm bumper w diffuser
