Default PS stopped working, all I did was move components over to do a Timing Belt

Yup, stopped working and all I did was move it over to do my timing belt. I unhooked the high pressure line and put it over the head and then moved the pump out of the way to get to the ac belt. After fixing my timing belt I put everthing back together and tried starting the car. I did forget to completely tighten the 2 12mm bolts that hold the ps pump but the tension screw was good. I started the car and the PS pump was making a violent screeching noise and slightly wobbled because of the loose 12mil's. I tightened everthing up and went down the street and back. Took a laser temperature gun to read my PS pump temp and it got up to 343 degrees! I thought I roasted the pump so I got ahold of a JDM ITR pump but the high pressure side was too small for my hose to fit so I got a hold on another P72 pump and same thing, just gets hot.

What I did try with both pumps is put an impact gun to rotate the pulley and feed fluid in there with a beer bong to see if it sprays out, and it does.

Any suggestions? My dad thinks I have a clogged hose, but the hardline by the rack feels a little warm too. I checked the price on a new hose and its around $130.

To check for a clogged line I would think you could disconnect both lines from the pump. Turn the wheels back in forth with the steering wheel does fluid flow out each hose?

Also perhaps something is clogged inside the resoviour. Might want to take it apart and check.

not sure if it matters but make sure the system is bled...also in the future you dont have to take the lines off.
