Let's get Tempest Racing back on track
Ok, here's the deal. We've all scene how hard Joe and the guys at Tempest worked to put together a beautiful race car this year, and it SEEMS as though someone else's lack of attention to detail has cut that car short. So after a couple of days of contemplating the thought of damn near losing a race car, and possibly my own safety (if it had been my car) I've decided to try and come up with a way to help.
Owning a shop in that part of the country is not the easiest thing to do with the price of real estate being just silly, and put simply it just doesn't sound as if the $$ is there to put the car back together.
So I was looking around on the tempest racing website and found their paypal address

and decided to send a couple of bucks to help out and thought I'd make a thread to try and nudge a few of you into doing the same thing. Hopefully some of you take my lead......
Tempest, if you don't want this up here, just let me know, and I will take it down. We are all just trying to help you guys

No problem man. I sent a few bucks yesterday, and I hope people on here will follow my lead. $10 or $20 won't hurt most people on here and it would surely help get the car back on track. I see Tony1 has said that he has all the body panels that Joe needs, so that's awesome.
Joe if there is anyway you could put up as comprehensive a list as you can, of what it is exactly you need, maybe people can go through their stock and see what they have and we can get this process underway ASAP.

that would be a perfect start right there. some people may donate cash, some may donate parts that may be worth more than the cash they would have originally donated because it's worth more to tempest than to the guy giving it them. lets get it on.

sadly ive never had anything to do with you guys but damn it if you guys don't make the best threads, and hopefully oneday might be able to come to you guys for some of your expertise! GL with the work would be a great time to help out!
