i just currently moved from kali, and is now in Washington, Olympia, the springs on my ek just sat in, and every bump i hit, the car bottoms out like crazy, the tires rubs really bad in the front, but the rear looks fine, my car is dumped and i need new springs, but don't know where to shop around at, please help me, if you are from around here or Tacoma i need to find a performance shop.

It's not your springs, its your struts that need to be upgraded, unless you're saying you want to raise it back up. I would say order it from someone in the hondamarketplace.

sorry just getting back to you now, i sent you a message earlier, sorry about that...upgraded struts you say, but what i want is i want to raise the car back up, but i don't want it to be stock height, i still want it lowered, but not dumped. right now my car are sitting on Teins, rear shocks are stock and front shocks are Koni yellows. what's weird is that the rear springs are cut, so do i just need to replace the rear springs??

Assuming you front Koni's are in good shape, contact CRXLee on here and pick up a set of rear Koni's (He's a Koni rep).

Replace your springs (all of them) with a set of mild springs like H&R Sports, Eibach, etc. Pay attention to spring RATE, not drop...as that will be the most important info for ride comfort. That will get you a competent strut setup with the capability of handling higher sprng rates should you choose to run them later.
