Default Bluetooth using factory navigation (which is voice activated)

My car already has a built in microphone for the navigation. Is there a way to convert the system to use as a bluetooth handsfree using the factory speakers and mic?

No.

However the steering wheel has a mount on the OTHER side for oem buttons
which (in the future) during a MMC could be updated (like the tsx was) to add bluetooth to the navigation setup.

That would only be to NEW cars and not for current ones to "upgrade"
