Who makes hubcentric spacers for hondas that both space the wheels out (5mm in my case) but also center the wheel to the hub/spacer?
Or am i overcomplicating things?
Can I slap a 5mm spacer on, then add my plastic hub centric ring to that?
Thanks guys!

Hubcentric spacers are also known as wheel adapters and look like this:

However, I've never heard of any in thicknesses less than 15 mm. For 5 mm, you're probably only looking at thin, flat spacers, which don't have the lip and thus are not hubcentric.
And no, hubcentric rings won't help. The idea behind hubcentric rings is to reduce the too-large center bore (big hole in the middle of the wheel) to the diameter that just fits around the hub. If you're using a 5 mm spacer, it pushes the wheel out past the hub, so there's nothing for the hubcentric ring to fit around.
