I just bought a 92 honda civic dx and the engine that is already put in it is a d16y8 and the solinoid isnt connected what do i do?

 

If you have that y8 motor then you should be able to hook into the harness i believe if, if not find the wires in the harness on the shock tower plug (because all 92's are pre-wired for vtec, someone dont argue over this), or get a obd1 ex/si harness to make it simple plug and play.

 

Which wire would it be?
