Default Oil pressure port on back of block....how much pressure?

Hey guys so I made a little oil block that has 8 ports on it (Mcmaster), which I have a 2 foot of -3an line coming from the back of the block to near the top of the fire wall where I bolted this oil block. It has my stock oil pressure sensor, guage oil pressure sensor, oil temp gauge, and turbo oil feed line coming off the top of it, all other holes are plugged.

I literally just got my car tuned on Friday and haven't started it since because I am waiting on a ECU to come with the tune on it (long story). But I took the oil feed line (line from block to oil block) off the oil block I made tonight and the turbo oil feed line so I could adjust where its mounted and no oil dripped out like I was expecting. I guess I am kind of curious if there is enough oil pressure to push the oil up 2 feet of an hose to this block and then 3' of hose to the turbo....The full race kit came with a 3' hose anyway, so I figured another 2' wouldn't matter.

Perhaps its because the oil is fresh that I didn't see any really? Thoughts? The gauges aren't functional yet ( no power) so I can't see the oil pressure coming through that little block I made yet...

I'm also thinking that this -3 an line isn't letting enough oil pressure to this block I made to then fill the block and start pushing oil into the turbo feed line?

its because the car sat for so long that the oil drained back into the pan. your oil block is above it, so naturally gravity pulled all the oil out of it.

are you seeing abnormal oil pressure? if no, i wouldn't worry about it.

That port on the back of the block has adequate pressure, but the volume is crap.

Yea the tuner never said the stock oil pressure light was on or anything so I guess your right. I forget that sitting for the past 5 days would drain any oil that would have been in there....DUH! don't know why I didn't think of that haha. O well at least I don't have to worry about that now.

Your pressure and your volume are fine, but you're probably not going to get much accuracy out of the oil temp gauge. Not that it matters anyhow.

Yea I wasn't too concerned with the oil temp honestly. I didn't have time to drop the oil pan and drill anyway, so this was my best option. haha
