Default I have a F22b DOHC and have a bunch of questions. PLEASE HELP!!!!

I have an F22b DOHC 2.2L motor from a J-Spec Si in my 1995 honda prelude Si. It was modified before I owned it and I am in the process of ripping it down and rebuilding it to fully support the turbo thats in it with the right parts. A couple of the questions I have are:

What turbo is good for running appx 400WHP?

What things should have been done when changing the motor from an H23 to the F22B DOHC? Wiring(the harness in mine is hacked apart)?
What about when it went from an H23 to a turbo? (have most of the parts but I know some things werent done)
What is the best way to run vacuum lines and what items w/ the turbo set up need vacuum lines?
I have built internals but the head needs to be rebuilt. I am taking it off and was looking for suggestions on parts. What heads fit on this block? were do I find parts for my head? which ones?

The car came with an alarm but it was so outdated I want to get a new one. How hard is that to do?

The last question I have for now is what can I do transmissionwise to make the car go higher speeds? I get to 135mph pretty quick but it has no high-end go to it.

If you want to look at the car and the set up before the tear down here is the link.

All help is appreciated and please remember this is the DOHC non-VTEC F22B.

Thank You
