I have a 92 Civic. When it sits in the Sun and of course gets reallt hot it takes a while for power to be provided to the compressor. The A/C switch is on but it is like I have a component that only works properly when it is cool. If I go out in the morning and turn it on it works with no problem. It appears to be purely electrical since the A/C system was recently reworked. I had this problem prior to the work being done and was hoping it would be fixed but redoing the system but nogo. Anyone else have a wierd electrcal problem like this?
