gsr cams

will a set of b18 gsr cams fit in my b16 with aftermarket valves and valvesprings?

GSR cams will drop right into a B16 head with stock valvetrain. But if you're going to the extent of upgrading the valvetrain, why not just get an aftermarket cam?
