the car has a cel and the guy i bought the car from said it was the dizzy. my question is i read somewhere in the forum for d15b2 the dizzy is TD-01U but i currently have TD-02U does it make a difference or should i buy the same one or td-01?

 

What is the CEL code? A D15B2 uses a TD-01(DPFI), a D16A6 uses the TD-02(MPFI). Keep the TD-02 if you ever plan on a DPFI-MPFI swap, you'll need it then.

Code 9 is #1 cyl position. Its a sensor in the dizzy. The dizzy must be replaced

 

DO YOU GUYS KNOW WHERE TO GET A GOOD PRICE TD-02 DIZZY FROM. I WAS TOLD DISTIBUTOR KING BUT NEED CODE FROM HERE UNABLE TO LOCATE.

 

does it matter if its td01 or td02? the car was swap to mpfi with a 7 pin dizzy
