Virginia Safety Inspection
Just moved to Norfolk from NY and I'm trying to get inspected. Just wanted to know if anyone knows of a shop that is more lenient that will pass my car. I have a modded eg6. I knew of spots in NY to go but I don't know of any in VA. I'm in the Norfolk any suggestions appreciated.
