Help Needed
Ok, I was in the process of installing the Tein basics I just bought for my integra. I had the stock shock assembly out and was trying to loosen the nut that holds on the top hat using the alan wrench in the shock rod, so it doesnt spin, and a 14mm open end wrench taking off the nut. Anyway, doing this I somehow stripped the part of the shock where the alan wrench goes.
How can I get around this and get the tophat off when the rod is stripped? When I try to take the nut off now the rod just spins and since it is stripped in the end i can not stop it from spinning.

Yea I was taking off the stock tophat to put onto my tein basics because i didn't get the tophat. Anyway, I didn't have an impact gun so I had to cut off the nut then break it off with a drill and hammer and chisel haha. Worked like a charm. Thanks for the responses
