Default exhaust question

hello im kind of new to the the preludes im a civic guy but my one buddy has a 97 non sh and we are in the proccess of putting a apexi n1 cat back and after torching the nuts off the studs on the cat we are not able to get the studs out of the cat and are unble to reuse them due to cutting them any ideas on how to get the studs out i was thinking cut off wheels the re drilling and putting bolts in any ideas. thanks

That sounds right, your new exhaust should have came with new bolts.

Not sure what the clearance is like around the cat, but you can get stud pullers from your local auto store (I got a 4 piece set from Schuck's). It looks like an oversized socket; as long as there are some threads left on the stud, you should be able to get them out. Makes it an easy job

well good news got the exhaust on tonight and it sounds amazing but it was still a pain everything is so much more complicated than a civic.
