Removing baked on brakedust from 95 Accord factory aluminums?
The people that I bought this car from had the dealer do the maintenance, well, it's a shame that he didn't clean it for them also.
Anyway, I spent over an hour trying to get the brakedust of of these wheels with minimal results. What product should I use to get years of brakedust off?
Thanks

when i worked as a detailer, there was a product that we used on wheels, called alumi-clean or something like that, it was a aluminum acid that worked really good. sprayed it on, let it sit for while and steam clean it off. wheels. looked brand new. but i don't know if this product is something you can get off the self.

That is what I was thinking, no he isn't joking. Something about peanut butter, it works wonders on aluminum wheels.
