Swapped Hatch Idleing High because of Cel Codes?

Swapped Hatch Idleing High because of Cel Codes?
I have a 1994 Dx Hatch and i swapped it with a z6.
I just ran the Cel Codes and #'s 10, 12 came up: IAT Sensor and the EGR lift Valve.
Its probably a really obvious answer but would this make me idle at like 2500 rpm's?
