Tempest Video - Joe Simpson & Darren Barone - Nopi Atco
Had some free time this morning, so I threw this together using some of our footage, and some of http://www.GRS-Motorsports.com footage (which is badass by the way.)
It was a rough weekend for all of us, but the Integra shows some serious potential. We are going to fix the car from the wreck and try to be back out there asap! Big thanks to everyone that has offered help! The shop phone, Joe's and my cell have been ringing off the hook the last 2 days with people checking on Joe and offering help. You guys really know how to make some people feel loved!
Congrats to Darren on his first 9 Second pass, once he gets his license he will be able to really open up the car and see what it will do. (This is the reason he hit the brakes in the first video of his car.)
The video of Joe's 9.9@158 pass was the pass when the car wrecked, but we have yet to find anyone that has actual footage of the car hitting the wall. If anyone has any footage, we really want to see what exactly happened!!! Let me know or just post it up!

i like how darren ran the same ET as me at 10 less mph lol
for ***** and giggles i set the boost up on that pass to run 8psi for 2.2 seconds and ramped it in slowly over the next 8 seconds. it didnt work very well LOL
im excited to watch darrens car continue to progress!
