Default Clutch Swap ???

I have a 91 CRX SI and my clutch is pretty much shot. I bought an Exedy stage 2. Now I can do it myself but I dont have the tools nor the workspace to do the job. I have a guy that will swap it for me for 300 bucks at a local shop. The price includes sanding the flywheel and flushing/filling the tranny.

My question is.... is this price reasonable or should I continue to shop around?

And if anybody is in the Northern VA area that would like to help ill pay them. Thanks.

sounds real reasonable to me. considering its around $50 in itself to have the flywheel turned down

Thanks for the input man. Is it worth it to have the flywheel lightened while its off. There is local machine shop right next to where im getting the clutch changed. They charge $60 bucks to lighten it.

But I heard the lighter you make them the less force you get from the clutch when engaged.
