Fabric on Door Panels

So, i was doing some searching and found nothing conclusive besides 1 link that had broken images...anyhow i was wondering if anyone has put fabric on their Hatchback door panels like the CRX. Do the CRX door panels fit on a Hatch?

Edit: Oh, and it won't be ricey just want some black fabric on my black door panels.

The door panels arent interchangeable, where abouts were you looking to put the fabric?
