need help 89 civic dx w gsr obd0 vtec hits and bogs

Default need help 89 civic dx w gsr obd0 vtec hits and bogs HELP rEALLY SLOW

swaped a gsr motor in my 89 dx and car was previosly running with a ls so was already mpfi converted. has no check eng anymore fixed codes from the first start up (bought new dizzy). got it idling fine and vacume lines are good fuel pressure is also adj from 40-60 so is good. revs up fine with no hesitations but is really slugesh and slow. vtec works and everything but bogs majorly when it switches over. timing is also ok as it was in my buddies car befor. ANY HELP OR SUGGESTIONS WILL HELP PLEASE. been sitting on the street way to long.

i would unplug the vacumm to the valve on teh side of the mani that opens the secondaries up and plug the hose with a screw and see if not having that hooked up fixes ur issue. if it engages vtec with the secondaries still shut im sure u would have a loss of power.

ya i have a blox manifold and its a pr3 b16 head. its so wierd revs up fine but a little slow up until 5000 then when vtec hits it just totaly cuts out and bogs. it also seems to run a little better when its cold and getts really bad when its warmed up.

i would try playing with the dizzy timing at this point. kinda odd that u dont have a cel
