Paint type r lip VSM or leave black ?

Paint type r lip VSM or leave black ?
I have a 2000 civic coupe (VSM) and i was wondering if i should paint my lip to match or leave it black. keep in mind that painted my sideskirts VSM also. Please help! Need input!
