i've just recently changed my axles and now everytime i turn theres a clicking noise. when i checked under the car, the cv boot for the tie rod is cracked. could it be the tie rod or is it something else?

 

By clicking to you mean a constant click that matches wheel speed throughout a turn or one click everytime you turn the wheel hard over and back

 

its a constant clicking, and it only clicks when i turn.

 

sounds like you got a faulty axle.. they usually have lifetime replacement if you got it at a parts store

 

yeah it could be a bad axle i just replaced my inner and outer tie rods today and when i took it to get an alignment done they checked the axles cuz i told them i replaced tha tie rod ends and my car was still vibrating so it was a bad axle and i just put it in like 3 months ago..bought it from shuck's but i have lifetime warranty on them im gona keep trying until i come across a good one lol..

so check for any unusual play in ur axles..
