Drain the oil, drain the gas, change the plugs and start it up.

 

As well as put in fresh 87 octane pump gas and replacement 5W-30 oil. That should be pretty evident -- but you never know.../

You may not need to replace the spark plugs -- just pull them out and inspect them first. If they're really bad looking, replace 'em; It only costs around $8 to change them out with NGK's
