Engine Dies for some weir reason

Default Engine Dies for some weir reason
I got a 96 CX hatch and for some reason every time I turn my headlights on the engine either starts to stuble or actually dies for a second or two. Any ideas on what could be causing this to happen?

Sounds like the alt is getting hit with a really heavy load and pulling the engine down. Seems a little strange though.

Does it still happen when you hold the idle around 1200rpm?

It does it even when the car is being driven. Kina weird. The lights shouldn't be putting such a big load on the electrical system that it almost kills it.
