i recently bought a car from a close friend of mine 91 civic s1 hatch with hmo b16a jap spec swap im a little new to the honda world as far as fine tuning goes im a 9 year ase tech but???? anyways the car....... b16a dohc vtec j1 trans pr3 ecu with mugen chip header stock pgm-fi intake man apexi afc vtec controller head shaved has one cut left to it . im having a 5k to 8k intermitten break up the harder i drive it the better it gets then when i drive normally for a bit and get on it again its *** for a couple pulls ive checked inj all sensors tried 5,6,7 ngk temp range plugs and messed with the timing i was told the motor is 10.5.1 so i run 93 with a splash of 115 turbo blue i thought i knew my stuff but its definately not a small block chevy. so i think ive concluded that i need to learn more about the afc controller i think i need a map anyone???????
