Default RSX-S cams on Base model

Will the type s cams from a 2002 RSX-S fit a 2003 Base model RSX?

No they will not, the cylinder heads/ cams are not the same design.

I think I've seen it done but with a lot of work that I wouldn't conside worth it. They do make after market cams for the a3

Never fails this question comes up atleast once a month. The k20a, k20a2, k24a2 cams will not work on a k20a3 head. Three lobe and two lobe cams are not interchangeable period....I can be made to work but the work and cost outweighs the benefits. You are better off going aftermarket.
