OBD1 Integra GSR VTEC, Map, and Knock Sensor Wires Colors and locations (on engine harness)

I am trying to finish up my harness and need to know the wire colors and locations for each of these on the chassis harness plugs. I want to pin them into the engine harness, but have come to a road block!
