Default H22 NA BUILD

Im doing an h22 na build and just wanted a second opinion if i should use the stock p13 ecu to break in the motor. the build includes the following: Golden Eagle 90mm sleeves, 12:1 comp pistons, skunk 2 pro 2 cams, dual valve springs, titanium retianers, eagle rods, skunk cam gears, and a mild ported head. Just wanted to know what you guys think, thanks also would i be able to get away using the stock axles?

Please do not use a stock ecu to break in that motor.
Think about it, you have a bigger motor, bigger injectors , bigger cams, more air entering and exiting the motor and you want to use STOCK fuel maps?

You should be able to get away with stock axles if you pre- load , but im sure you will break a few of them regardles. - I just broke 2 this weekend with my 220hp H so its only a matter of time

i still wouldnt do it. you have a larger motor with higher compression that will require different fuel maps.

why spend all that money and risk ruining it ?

I'm sure there are other people on here that will go against what I am saying, there are exceptions to every rule, and I'm fine with that but I would not.

Any build like the one you are doing requires completely different maps then a stock ecu can handle. Maybe you can get your tuner to give you a basic basemap in order to get it over there, or I would tow it.

Again im sure others would say different but I would never drive a freshly built motor until i was sure it had the correct tune on it

Listen to Jake 2fastgsr
Don't drive that motor on a stock map
Tow it to your tuner
