This is for an 05 type s by the way.
Will I need to get my fenders rolled?
What size tires would I need to get in order to not rub? (I am planning on getting falken azenis)

I want my height to be so that the wheel gap is eliminated but not tucking.
As far as tire size, I do not know. That is why I am asking. Maybe 235 or wider if possible. Im trying to go as wide as possible in order to achieve more traction.

Figure out how much room you'll need:

A +30 though...you're gonna be all over your fender edges unless you run serious camber (especially in the rear), and that's not good for handling (rear camber).
And if you have no wheel gap, forget about a good handling car anyways. No amount of rubber will help you out.

I just checked my ride height and its acutally 1 to 1.5 finger gap.
I dont want to sacrifice handling in order to run the more aggressive wheel setup (17x8.5 +30).
Am I better off getting 17x8 +35 with some fat tires? I want to get the most grip/traction possible without sacrificing handling.

+35 will be almost dead even with the fenders with like -1.5 - -1.9 camber in the rear, and it may stick out just a little bit in the front.
My street wheels are 17x9.5 +35 front and 17x8.5 +35 with 225/45/17's

Im going to just get the 17x8 +35, which tires should I get?
Falken Azenis RT-615:
235/40R-17
245/45R-17
I know NTcustoms suggested 235/40 but would a 40 aspect ratio be too thin or would I be ok? It kinda seems like the azenis seem to look a bit bigger in comparison to other tires.

That's a better wheel size, to be honest. Not as much of a chance to rub and 8" is still a wide wheel.
Either get a 225/45/17 or a 235/40/17. The 245/45/17 is too tall.

Cool then 235/40/17 it is. Thanks for the help!
