Default Building ALL MOTOR TYPE R HElP OUT GUYS!!!!

I have built all motor type r motor

first time built and have alllot of questions.

i have stock type r block stock bore with 12.1 comp. head is ported and skunk 2 stage 2 cams .whole motor is built pretty much injectors intake spoon header 9lb flywheel etc.... plus i still have my power steering and AC still on .

my question to everybody is this is my first build and i am wondering what is better to go with as far as the intake system . Individual throttle bodies or go with some good intake manifold ..Right now i have stock type r manifold that is ported and stock type r throttle body. But i am not sure what difference could i gain if i went with ITB's or with bigger manifold and which one??? i have been reading and looking at other dyno charts and much more but it is either 2.0 l or it is crazy built drag all motor. ANY HElP will be helpfull.

this is everday driver just to let everybody know.

engine pushed out 207whp 126tq with the way it is .with power steering and AC still on 93 pump!!!!!

Another question is is there any other cam that somebody experienced on same or similar setup that gave more hp and tq .

i am trying to get out another 15-25whp on it if i change my manifold maybe up the cams and take ac offf on 100 octane i dont know is it worth giving 1500$ for itbs or just buy stronger cams manifold and 70mm throtlle bodies.

Please help out as i said first built and not sure which way to go....

TX for everybodys input.

I would skip the ITB's read this https://honda-tech.com/zerothread/2131474
As for the cams, there are several cams that will make more HP and TQ than the S2S2

Dont mean to thread jack but taking out AC really add hp/tq?

I thought it only free up weight? Can someone confirm this.

Yes but the AC only takes away hp when it's on. Removing it has more to do with weight savings.

get you a better header, have the itr manifold cut open and ported, bigger tb.

also when you say the head is ported does it have a quality valve job with it also?

send your tb to maxbore for about 100$ish you can have it open up to 65mm/70mm. Your intake mani i would get a performerX they do well with 1.8L. You header im guessing is setting you back a bit. DTR/SSR (steeetsweeper), SMSP, Hytec or even a toda v2 should bump your curve. Pro1+ cams are nice a bitch to tune depending on your tuner, Rocket m22x or m22xx, bc4, webs they are all good just a matter of putting the right combinations together. GL
