I saw them in a Japanese Integra Type R brochure a while ago as optional(?) wheels.

According to a for-sale post over at temple of VTEC these are JDM Integra Type R wheels:

Default FV-QR

Judging by the paint scheme, I would say Accord Euro-R is more likely.

Well im guessing these are the Euro-R rims your talking about, sorry if they arent

The rims pictured by the OP have 10 spokes.
The Euro-R's have 9 spokes, and the spokes seem to have a curve to them.

The CTR rims have 10 spokes, so im pretty sure they are OEM CTR rims.

The TSX never had wheels like that, even as an optional extra.

You can find them on passwordjdm.com if you want them. I have also seen them on a lot of other "jdm" websites as well as ebay too.

They are gunmetal JDM ITR wheels. They come stock on the Japanese Type R.
