so I was wondering if it was illlegal to drive "without" headlights in the state of california?

My friend is doing a retro-fit on my headlights and he might be done today so i need to drive to his house in Riverside, from my house in Yorba Linda, so he can aim my headlights.

so my headlights are missing and i was wondering if id get pulled over and hassled for that...

please i want real answers not d**khead answers.

It won't pass state inspection... so I'd imagine it's illegal - ESPECIALLY in Cali

 

yea I figured it wouldnt pass, and yea it is cali. I <3 Laws. Just thought id ask.

 

I can't imagine anyone would reallly notice if it's nice and bright out.

Considering the blinker is in the headlight assembly... uh, yeh.
