Default need some help!!!!

i changed out my timing belt and now my car just cranks. i got a b16 out of 99 si in my 92 hatch. it keeps cranking and wont turn over. sometimes while cranking, it stops and then cranks again. checked everything before reassembly. valve clearance is good and timing marks are good. dont seem to know whats going on. ive already browsed through here and done everything. got spark, fuel and compression. any help would be great

try checking that timing again on your cams/crank then adjust your distributor too.
