what lip is this and where can i get it?

 

That lip is made by a company called "Aero Magic." They can be found on EBAY every once in a while, and I have heard that that there are/were copies out there. User "Gtechpro" here in H-T had high quality copies made awhile ago, but those are long since gone. Good luck finding one of that is what you plan to do. Hope that helped bro.
