civic starting hard!!!
My civic is starting hard, for example i turn it ovr after i hear the main relay click, and it has a hard starting sound and takes about 4-5 seconds for the first start of the day. i put a new batterie in cuz my old one had 2 dead cells, put a new dist. cap, new plugs and wires, new battery cables, new alternator, new alternator belt... "all these needed replaced" could my starter be going bad??? no check engine light is coming on and it has full power so i think all the cylinders are firing.
just to let you know the engine has 210k miles on it runs awsume

Remove the fuel filler cap, and note any suction sound. Then check the last time the filter was replaced, if ever.
Prime the fuel system by cycling the key every 1-2 seconds to the ON position, don't start it. Do this about 7-10 times, and see if the starting eases. If so, I would replace the fuel filter first, then blame the fuel pump.
