So, the other day I was waxing my car and I noticed I have a lighter than normal semi circle on the hood. Not really a circle since there is no perfectly straight line.

You can only see it when the sun is right, so it's a paint defect. Would it be easier to get Honda to paint the hood again, or should I buy a carbon fiber hood once I have gathered the money? I haven't seen anyone in my local area with a CB hood.
