RHD conversion. Car turns one way but not the other? PLEASE HELP CAN'T MAKE LEFT TURNS!
Ok. So I put about 100 miles on my car after it was all together, I returned back home and when I turn the wheel to the left it will only do one full revolution, versus when i turn to the right it will turn the full two revolutions.
I can turn left fine while driving but I can't turn as sharp as I can when I turn right.
It's very annoying having to back up everytime I pull into the drive because my car won't turn left.
What would cause this to happen??

it could be that your steering gear rack can be hitting something ........ jack the car up an check it out
it only goes 1 turn to the left and 2 to the right? does it go more than 2 turns to the right? you might have had the rack not centered when you put the steering wheel on.. did you adjust the tierods any?
it could be possible to be hitting something, but there really isnt that much in the way... jack the car up and try to turn the wheels all the way.. see if anything is binding.. if that doesnt work.. remove both tie rods and try to turn the wheel.. the rack gear inside the rack might not be centered when you installed the steeringwheel or tierods..

Well it is a right hand drive car, so i figure it's mean't to only go in a right only direction.
try check your steering and the rack and pinion also your alignment me be screwed up with the tie rods, we won't know untill you give us more info, also did you do it yourself or did you take it to a shop?
