Default Since there's another thread about an Auto DB7, MA ride.

so... time line of my integra before she is parted out and sold before I leave for college in the fall of 2008. I've gone through the best of times, and the worst of times with her. It's been a great ride... i'll definitely be back in another integra after I get on my feet with college loans, books, laptop, etc.

But here is how it ALL started... I picked her up in September of 2006 for $7500.00 cash with 55k on the odometer.

she was a clean car... but needed something else. Had an alarm installed with remote starter, Alpine motorized face stereo, iPod connection, Alpine Type E subwoofers and a Phoenix Gold 500:4 amplifier.

...then I came across the H-T "slammed" thread... had a few Photoshop ideas in my mind of how the car should look lowered....

Sold the subwoofers, amplifier, OEM stereo, wiring kit, and capacitator. Picked up Skunk2 Racing springs (for a really good deal). Figured 110 bucks for springs to lower my car was a good deal. Until the LCA bolts broke.

Rolled like a monster truck and bad allignment for a little while, just until I had enough cash for a few small things.

I then picked up:
PIC performance LCA's
OEM Honda LCA bolts
Skunk2 Rear Adj. camber kit
94-97 taillights

then I was finally completely lowered.

Contrary to belief, it may be because i've driven on Skunk2 full coilovers, eBay coilovers, Apex-i coilovers, Function/Form, etc. etc... my Spring/shock combo felt really good for the street and did what it had to.

then the ricer bug hit me. I had to keep switching wheels........

I had "LS webs"

...my first experience with painted OEM wheels (never again) - Gunmetal black painted special editions, with a red lip, and red eBay lugnuts.
(mind the horrible cellphone picture, these only lasted a little while)

I then picked up a set of GSR blades with brand new tires.

Went into winter mode, put on my old 00' tails, clear bumper lenses, placed my bumper plugs on and was forced to do the off to the side license plate because of MA front plate laws. I really liked the bumper plug look

I then sold the Specials... picked up a set of Honda Fit wheels.

didn't like them... sold them within a week and kept my blades on for a while. Went back to OEM bumper lenses and 94-97 tails for the Natick, MA meet for AcuraZine.com.

...then I had Si wheels for a little while. No pictures, didn't like them too much.

Sold the Si's, Sold the blades, and the LS webs... picked up some new things.

picked up the following for the UConn 4/19 car show:
- OEM Integra Type R front lip
- Painted sideskirts
- 15x7 Rota Slipstreams w/ 195/55/15 tires
- Angled back license plate bracket
- Painted Gunmetal valve cover
- K&N drop in air filter

and now she is being parted and sold. It's been a good ride, learned a lot from this car, met a lot of great friends, and finally grew the ***** to post up pictures on Honda-tech.com.

All of this was completed while making 7.50/hr at the mall and balancing school, a girlfriend, work, and this little project of mine. I'm 17 years old.

I'm actually about an hour away from there. Planning on going to school at WPI.
