Default SWAPPING TB AND TUNNING

my h22 prelude build is getting very close to done, i just recently had surgey done on my right leg i tore my acl, i am wanting to get my car closer to done but money is a huge problem for me right now

my set-up
usdm h22
milled head .03.
skunk 2 stage 2 tunner cams
skunk 2 adj cam gears
camp1320 header
iab plate completely removed

i have been daily driving the car on the stock p13 for right now.
i have just ordered a p28 ecu set-up for crome with a h22 base map.

the question is should i have the car dyno tunned on the p28 w the stock tb?
or should i spend the money on the tb and wait to have the car tunned when i have purschased the tb?
i mean if i have the car tunned on the stock tb and swap over to a bigger one without retunning it, am i going too gain any power w the new part?
what size tb do you think is right for my setup?

if your strapped for money i wouldn't buy a tb but if you have money to spare so to say, then yeah but minimal gains are seen with tb like maybe 5 horsepower at the wheels, i have a blacktrax replica manifold and 74mm tb taper to 70mm and i gianed like 20 hp and 25 torque at the wheels with my turbo 18 psi setup
