Does anyone know a shop in San Francisco that does B18c1 swap?

Does anyone know a shop in san francisco that does a b18c1 swap with parts and labor from and is legit for less than 3Gs... I don't want to get in trouble......

Any local mechanic can do it. Is that 3,000 just in labor, or parts too? What about friends, have any that know how to do swaps? They make books on the subject you know....step by step with pictures.
